To begin using Replynx, you'll need to:

1. Create an account: You can sign up quickly and for free.
2. Connect your developer account: Replynx syncs with your App Store or Google Play Console to retrieve reviews.
3. Add your apps: Select which apps you want to manage from the connected store.

Dashboard: All apps in one place

After logging in, the Dashboard gives you an instant overview of what needs your attention. You'll see a list of all your connected apps, the number of unresolved reviews, and your current usage for the month.

Reviews: Fast, AI-drafted replies

The Reviews tab is where you can find AI-drafted replies. Here, you can select an app and filter for unresolved reviews. Each AI-drafted reply is automatically prepared based on your settings in Customize app replies (tone, greeting, emojis, signature, etc.), so every response matches your preferred style.

For each AI-drafted reply, you have a few options:

• Approve and send it immediately
• ^‍Edit it manually to add a personal touch.
• Click "Improve reply" to have the AI refine the draft further.

Customize replies to fit your brand

Replynx gives you full control over the style of your replies. In the Settings, you can configure the reply style for each app, including the overall tone, greeting, app naming, use of emojis, signature, thank-you notes, and whether or not to include contact information.

When a user leaves a review in another language, Replynx first translates the review for you, so you fully understand what the user wrote.
