Step 1 - Create user with API access

Log in to App Store Connect and go to Users and Access (Admin or Owner role required). Click on the + button (creates a new account). This account will be used to access your reviews via Replynx.

Enter a name and an email (the email must be valid), tick Customer Support role and Generate Individual API Keys in the Additional Resources section. Click on Next.

Select what apps the account can access (all are recommended) and send the invite (it will be sent to the email address submitted in the previous step).

Step 2 - Generate and download API Key

Open the received email and accept the invitation. You will be asked to log in to App Store Connect with an existing Apple ID or to create a new one. Log in to App Store Connect with the new account and click on the name and then Edit Profile.

Find the Individual API Key section and select Generate Key.

Copy the Key ID and select Download API Key.

Step 3 - Submit into Replynx

Paste the Key ID and upload the API Key file into Replynx and follow the on-screen instructions.
