That’s why we built Replynx – our own tool to make the process faster, simpler, and smarter.

The story behind Replynx

At TappyTaps, we develop apps that help people in their everyday lives – from monitoring dogs with Barkio, to baby care with Bibino, home security with Camerito, and many more. What connects all of our apps is a strong focus on reliability and quick responses to user feedback.

App store reviews became the primary place where users shared their feedback. Responding quickly wasn’t only about solving problems, but also about building trust and relationships. We needed a solution that would:

• be fast and flexible, because time is key when replying,
• stay simple enough for the whole team to use,
• allow customization for the different apps we manage,
• support multiple languages so we can reply globally,
• and most importantly, enable us to respond immediately when it matters most.

That’s why we decided to build our own solution – Replynx.

How we use Replynx

Today, Replynx has become an essential part of our workflow. With it, we can:

Why we decided to share Replynx

We originally built Replynx just for ourselves. But when we saw how much it helped us – saving us time while improving user satisfaction – we realized it would be a shame to keep it only for our team.
